Intimate gatherings to honour yourself from season to season.
As women we are cyclical beings, moving in tune with the moon and the seasons of our menstrual cycles. Over a lifetime, the seasons change from child to maiden, mother, maga and crone. (Maga is the Autumn system of a women’s life and Crone is the winter season, the season of “retirement”, life review and letting go.)
These seasons align to our yearly Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter. To honour each passing season, and to immerse fully in the richness of their essence, my friend and fellow therapist Nadia and I invite you to journey with us through yoga, breath, sound, ritual, and delight in sharing nourishing, seasonal food.
Our day retreats are a beautiful way to honour yourself as you transition from season to season, and to reflect on how the essence of each season dances with your own essence and the season of life you are currently immersed in.
These seasonal day retreats are intimate gatherings of up to 10 women, ensuring you have a balance of connection and space to fully experience all that is offered on the day.
Day retreats take place from 10:00am to 4:30pm and are held in Palm Beach, Sydney.

Yoga, Breath and Sound Healing
Monthly events of Yin yoga, breath and soundscape.
Throughout the year I LOVE to get together with gifted friends, colleagues, musicians and healers to offer evenings of Yin yoga, breath and soundscape. These monthly events are usually held at Warriewood Surf Club, overlooking the ocean and unfolding beneath the illuminating presence of the full moon.
This is a time to reflect and journey deep into your body, connecting to your intricate inner world and the wisdoms that come to light, while the vibrations of sound resonate their healing and awakening energies through your body.

One on One / Small Group Yoga
A mixture of traditional Asana practice, breath, mantra and deep felt movement, for flowing and nurturing energy.
With 10 years of yoga teaching practice, I call on an array of different practices, techniques, and lineages. I believe yoga is not one size fits all and every body is unique. I love teaching Yin yoga as it’s a practice renowned for connecting with the energetics and meridian lines of our bodies, along with deeply restorative effects.
I offer private classes for women of any age and at any stage, wherever they may be traversing life's seasons. Each class is mindfully crafted and carefully adapted to meet individual needs. Whether you are seeking yoga for nurturing during adolescence, preconception, pregnancy, postpartum or menopause, my private classes emanate with deep reverence for each season.
My guided sessions for mothers weave in traditional Asana practice, breath, mantra and deep felt movement, flowing and nurturing energy, deepening the connection to self and to the baby.
I will take you on a journey through the sometimes unfamiliar new landscape of your incredible and ever-changing body. This opens up a portal to a place of celebration and deep appreciation of your body.
Yoga during pregnancy and postpartum are such vastly different experiences. What is pleasurable and safe at each stage, is unique to each woman, and will change as your body and needs change.
One on one classes - $195.00
Group classes - Small groups of friends and colleagues that are at a similar stage of life are invited to contact me to arrange private small group classes.

“Thank you to Leah and Nadia for a day of pure magic. After watching my discomfort arise about committing to the day, I was able to set the intention to simply just ‘receive’ and be open to all that was available. There was movement, stillness, yoga, breathwork, massage, reiki and so much more.
I got clear about what was in the way of me being able to let myself receive and I did that with the space that was held for me to explore it all through my body rather than through my mind. And this is why I finally get it, because I feel it now and I didn’t have to think it out.
